Kitty goes Calabrese
Let me share with you one of my favourite recipes.
2 vine ripened assorted organic tomatoes
1 small bunch fresh organic basil
2 balls of bocconcini
1 pinch sea salt flakes
1 dash of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Roughly chop the tomatoes, basil and bocconcini. Mix them up on a plate or bowl and then sprinkle with salt and olive oil.
